Der Vorstand wird im zweijährigen Turnus durch Briefwahl gewählt; einmalige Wiederwahl ist zulässig. Der Vizepräsident einer Amtsperiode wird automatisch Präsident der darauffolgenden Amtsperiode. Die Mitgliederversammlung tagt in jährlichem Turnus.
