Multiple Target Identification in the Nervous System

Themen: Introduction to the theory of and extensive hands-on training in the in situ hybridisation technique. Particular attention will be paid to: (i) biological sample preparation; (ii) probe design and labeling; (iii) signal amplification; (iv) analysis and evaluation of obtained data; (v) detailed troubleshooting for all steps required.
